Lamar is a Partner at SETT, leading the firm’s Midwest activities. Prior to SETT, he has successfully served brokerage and investment services roles with Lee & Associates, Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (now JLL), in addition to direct investment roles in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management with Tishman Speyer and Riverview Realty Partners. Since 2005, he has been directly involved with more than $3 billion of capital and lease transactions.
A Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Designee, Lamar is also highly active in the community. He currently serves Board Member roles with the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), SIOR and ReStart, Inc., is an Advisory Board Member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate/Realtors (MNCAR) and is a past Council member for Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities.
Lamar earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) and Master of Business Administration degree from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate (Madison, WI).
He is a licensed private pilot and a volunteer musician for industry organizations such as the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), CoreNet Global, MNCAR, Habitat for Humanity and others.
Alex Livadas

Alex is a Partner at SETT, co-leading the firm’s Mountain West activities. He has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate investments, development and asset management.
Before joining SETT, Alex served as Vice President of Dostart Development Company, LLC, one of the Silicon Valley’s premier commercial real estate developers, where he was engaged in the project management, asset management, and underwriting for the firm’s development and investment properties. Prior to his tenure at DDC, Alex worked at Tishman Speyer in direct investment roles in acquisitions, development and asset management. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Weitzman Group providing client advisory services including market research and analysis, market and financial feasibility studies, and investment advisory and counseling services.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) and Master of Business Administration degree from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate (Madison, WI).
He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and an active member of NAIOP, ULI, DMCAR and the Colorado Chamber of Commerce.
Brian Cole

Brian is a Partner at SETT co-leading the firm’s Mountain West activities. He has more than 5 years of experience in property management and real estate investments as well as more than 10 years of experience as a litigation attorney where he defended companies and property owners against accessibility claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
Brian is a member of the California Bar and brings to SETT a unique quality of skills in negotiation, problem solving and risk mitigation. As a seasoned litigator, he has defended companies of all sizes in hundreds of employment lawsuits, including several class and representative actions. At SETT, Brian employs this same type of advocacy to ensure both short-term and long-term successes for its clients. Earlier in his career, Brian was a member of senior management at a property management company that operated in both the commercial and residential space, and directly supervised all financial departments.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration degree from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) and Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles, CA).
He is also a member of ULI and active with various environmental advocacy groups throughout the Mountain West region.
